Okay here's a few tips after making these today:
1- The dough really needs to be by a source of warmth to make it proof. It took me double the amount of time because I just set it in my kitchen and that did not work at all. Who would of thought?
2- After you boil the bites and your going to put them on the cookie sheet DON'T PANIC they are going to come out a little slimy but its ok! (Yes I had a mini panic attack eek!) Bake them as directed!

3- I used just a pinch of regular table salt on top seeing as I don't own coarse salt and I made these on a whim (as usual!) and they still turned out tasty!
